That's better than any span since I've been a fan (1979). Does he make some bonehead calls? Yes. Does he draft players and then not use them? Yes. But he could be a lot worse.

This is still the same team that was one play away from the super bowl. They have some guys injured and will get them back. 2-4 is bad, but not unable to overcome.

Demoff wants a good "product" and his boss isn't getting that this year.

It's not working anymore. What he says no longer meets what he does and as they say talk is cheap.

Fans, reporters and players on queue talk about what a great coach and motivator he is but time has a way of making those reflexive utterances seem like waning traditions or polite speak.

It's just not enough anymore and it is a precursor to burnout or being toned out and often both.

Perhaps it's time we look closer and listen closely and see or imagine what needs to be done or what McVay must do because it cannot go on like this. At some time their must be accountability.

It's no longer just a matter of assuming or imagining life without McVay because of what he has meant or how problematic it will be as we have to pay the tab off that is carryover from his peak powers knowing that we can't keep writing bad checks or pushing them out to Tuesday or Wednesday for a chance to win today.

They need to change returners, 11 and 88 are both terrible, they run right into the pile on every single return. I have never seen anything like it.

They need another new kicker, if the K doesn't get hurt today they win this game period.

Shula has to get better, his game plans leave a ton to be desired. He fools nobody, they never blitz and they didn't have a sack again today.

They are the kings of missing sacks by overrunning the QB and missing tackles. There has got to be accountability to do you job and stop missing tackles.

Is it just me or does the effort seem to leave something lacking at times with this years Rams squad. I don't know what it is but there is not a lot of fire and there are not many Rams running to the ball and hitting on D and there is no fire on O.

They miss big plays all the time, Stafford is missing throws and big throws every single game. If I see him look at his feet and tap his chest one more time after blowing a throw I might vomit.

That disgusted me, the effort simply was not there. I didn't think Grupe would last, I thought he was far too small to be a kicker for the Rams because Rams kickers need to make tackles because no one else can. this team has underwhelmed in the most historic sense of it in my eyes.

McVay needs to dig deep, he's just not getting the most out of his guys, can't use injuries as an excuse, look at the niners, every single year they suffer an amazing number of injuries and to pro bowlers and they just keep chugging along. the Rams week in and week out look like they chugged some beers before the game, their effort and energy is just so very poor.

I don't know if McVay is trying to set Stafford up to get the record for most come from behind victories, but it sure feels like that. today the D and inability to function on a 2 pt conversion failed this team. 6 drives the Cards went right down the field gaining chunk after chunk only to fail and kick a FG. 6 FGs made against the Rams, that's 6 scoring drives. it's just disgusting to give up 6 scoring drives, I do not care if its FGs it's still 6 scoring drives to the Cardinals at our HOME.

He was reaching out to tackle with his arms and he barely brushed the helmet of the receiver with his shoulder.
That 100% did nothing that was a personel foul.
They expect the Rams players to jump out of the way and not do their job.
