William Shatner is coming here for a special showing of Star Trek 2 Wrath Of Khan. Actually, in Middleburg, about 30 minutes South of here. He's gonna do Photo Ops ($$$$$) This may sound corny as hell but I want to go but I KNOW it would be a drag and probably painful without my Brother. He was a bigger Trekkie than me and a huge Kirk / Shatner fan. My Wife could not care less about Star Trek and I know she'd be bored stiff. LOL I call her....Fascinatingly ILLOGICAL! But I have thought about it. Tickets and photo op would be close to $300. Had my Brother been here, it would have been worth every cent. But alone, it'd seem empty. the budget for one episode or Strange New Worlds , is probably more then the budget for the entire three seasons of The Original Series

Strange New Worlds is missing one thing

just those simple , filler episodes of The Original Series , those episodes that just take place on the Enterprise with the alien of the week , those were some of my favorite episodes

even the Khan episode was a pretty simple episode
