Horizon: An American Saga (now on Netflix)

Horizon: An American Saga (now on Netflix) I love Kevin Costner but boy I'm having a hard time making it through this one. Three hours long and the pacing and dialogue are just not working for me. I keep finding myself fast forwarding trying to find a interesting part. Fans gave it a 70% on RT but for me its a real snooze so far. Loved Dances With Wolves. Open Range was great. Field of Dreams great. Liked Tin Cup and The Highwaymen. I won't try to list all the ones I've liked.

Water World, was that the name of it? Was bad.... not as horrible as its reputation IMHO. Sorry Gator but I hated JFK. Loved Hidden Figures but Kevin has nothing to do with why I liked it.

My overall opinion of Costner is he's ok... does very well in certain roles. originally , Chapter 1 was suppose to come out in the theaters , and then Chapter 2 was suppose to come along like 2 months later

but Chapter 1 got yanked from the theatres after only about 3 weeks , and there still is no release date for Chapter 2

it was originally suppose to be 4 Chapters , but not sure now if Chapters 3 and 4 will ever see the light of day

at the beginning when the Indians attacked that settlement , that was pretty brutal , but after that........

my problem isn't so much that it's slow , it's just that there are no likeable characters at all, their all pieces of dirt...............lol
