Even buying....DIRT?? Is a ripoff? Anyone try to buy bags of simple top soil lately? Bought two bags this morning that were 50/50 dusty dirt and mulch! Bought 5-6 bags last Spring, different brand and it was gooey gunk with wood chips. Is that the norm these days? The stuff from Home Depot didn't have any rocks.


For reference I bought 30 or so bags from Lowes in the past 4 months before noticing the rocks and I only noticed them after it rained.
