I did a line from Stripes at a job I was doing. I had things set out the way I wanted them and wanted to let the guys know that I didn't want them moved... I don't know there are a million brilliant lines... Usually its physical comedy that makes me laugh uncontrollably... Like when Jiff is tasked with crossing the freeway in Bowfinger. Or Jiff's face when he sees Daisy's breasts. lol I probably quote a Steve Martin line or joke every day... I think nearly every early movie.

Equal to the Jiff crossing the freeway scene is Michael Palin's character trying to tell John Cleese where Ken was taking Wanda... to the Cathcart Towers Hotel. lol Probably never laughed more than those two scenes... of course they're not funny without the context of the movie... or without the surprise of first seeing it with no expectation that the scene would be funny.
