Is it that complicated a position to learn on the Rams?

I suspect these rookie tight ends having some impact this season in the NFL would be sitting on the bench if they were on the Rams.

Tight end is the most difficult position next to quarterback, I've read, to master mentally at the pro level. .

I'm glad he's getting playing time.
