Switched to Edge from Chrome for this site and suddenly I can view the videos.

Frustrating. Been trying for weeks to make it work on Chrome, which I've been using for years.

It's worked very well for me for many years and you can add extensions/add ons to extra personalize it to your liking.

Chrome has become too "buggy" and inconsistent for me.

I figured it out. It's Google Chrome. It works with Microsoft Edge.

I am not a Chrome user. I prefer Firefox and have not had any issues with vids or anything like that. I think Chrome is becoming so popular that it is being ruined by too many updates and tweaks.
