Rams fans,

I'd like to begin by saying thank you to shaky and tony-sopRAMO for asking me to be apart of tonight. i feel honored to come on and talk rams football and football in general with all of "the original herd" and answer everything based on my experience of playing the game and playing for the rams organization for 2 years. with that, l plan on answering your questions with the mindset of "shooting it straight". i will not "sugar coat" my answers, in regards to the organization past or present, players, coaching or front office. my answers will be coming from what i saw as a player, and what i believe to be true. In no means whatsoever am i being bitter towards any of it. i was fortunate and lucky to have played as long as i did. Although, i will say, my time with the rams was far far too short. but nothing gives me more statisfaction than to help educate or give better "insight" to a game i enjoyed playing at the highest level. once again, thanks for having me on and i hope all of you enjoy!

My question:

The Rams have really struggled over the last 7 years or 8 years. They have one winning season since 2001 and 15 wins over the last 5 years. Meanwhile, it seems some team like Seattle and Arizona have had some ups and downs, but they still seem competitive. What do you think some of the bigger issues are and (have been) with the organization that have made them such a poor team? Do you think Fisher can address them in a realistic time frame?

To me the traditional FB is a must have position, and a top FB can provide an O with so many different options and little things that go un-noticed. What were your favorite parts of playing FB?

In your opinion why is the FB position being phased out? And what makes a top fb in todays game? Why arent more teams using them and developing them?

It would seem to me that a top notch FB could make almost as much of a difference in different ways then a top TE can...what is your opinion on that?

We've seen PED use in pretty much every sport skyrocket over the years, its just flat out polluted sports in my opinion. I've always had the mindset that about 4 out of 10 guys are using something like HGH or some other undetectable performance enhancer.

What is your opinion of PED's, the penalties in place in the NFL and what do you think the percentage of players using them actually is?

Most of the HERD will probably ask you more technical questions relating to X's and O's and organizational stuff, so I'll dwell on a more kick back fan curiosity area not so deep of a scenario for my question.
Question:
Giving us an overall picture can you tell us what lt is like to actually play in the St.Louis dome in comparison to the other NFL stadiums around the league. What is the enthusiasm level of the RAMS fans at the dome on game days, the noise levels, the luxury of the dome etc ?

Honestly, I thought his stats were a little elevated in 2010 but he was still lights out as a rookie. It seemed that when they took the kid gloves off and let him throw it around a little more late in the 2010 season, he struggled pretty good. And of course he struggled throughout the 2011 season.

I realize he could use better protection, more playmakers and some continuity in offensive scheme, however, I think Bradford enters 2012 with some questions. What do you think?

Do you consider yourself officially retired or do you have a desire to get back in the league? Also, why do you think pure FBs tend to have longer careers than players in other positions? How much of this is driven by the fact that players in this role seem to take longer to learn the position vs. other positions?

What was the most unusual play pro or college that you were ever a part of ?

I'm sure you may know we had a coach a few years back who had a obvious urge towards acquiring former Sun Devil players.

In 2004 the Rams drafted a Safety from Arizona St ( your same draft year ) named Jason Shivers who was thought of as a 'draft steal ' with a 5th rnd selection but unfortunately didn't quite make it in St Louis.

Was there ever a hint you would be drafted by the Rams or did you have an interest in coming to the team?

I have watched for years the Rams spend considerable money and draft high in the process prospects who are soft.

I do not expect you to address individuals, but the following players were the softest I have seen in years of watching football.

Jason Smith
Jacob Bell
Jason Brown
Rodger Saffold (2011)

Was it coaching (or a lack there of)? Players getting paid huge sums of money and checking out?

I am interested in your thoughts, because Spags and Devaney were fired due a great deal to the most overpaid, under-producing group of OL I have seen in the free agency era.
