that plays just as well when pressured as when not. Apparently, they're all over the place, and you can sign them for 35 mil. Why are those guys not in the NFCCG? It's inexplicable. Shrug.by Saguaro - RamsFootballFans.com
But what does "belly up" or "choke" mean to the people using those words? There were 14 QB's in the playoffs when they started. Only 4 are left. Did the other 10 choke or go belly up? Why aren't they still in it? If the Lions Oline is dominated by 9ers pass rush then any QB would struggle with that. But if Goff has even average time to throw, I'm confident he'll play wby Saguaro - RamsFootballFans.com
Gotta look at this season and his three years there as a whole. Matt Stafford in the one game he played SF this year: 34-55 307yds 1TD 2Ints. Passer rating: 68. Rams lost. And that was at home not in SF. Is that a bad game? Yes. Does that make Matt no longer worth keeping? No, look at how he bounced back later in the season. Goff has already given Lions franchise and the fansby Saguaro - RamsFootballFans.com
We can debate all day whether it should be that way or not, but the market says you pay more than 35 million for an experienced QB. And this isn't a journeyman QB. Ranks top 10 in most categories and top 5 in some. 2nd in yards this year to Tua. Division title and two playoff wins this year already. 5-3 lifetime in the playoffs so far. I've read that the players union has to approve coby Saguaro - RamsFootballFans.com
But from what I read, an extension for Goff in Detroit is pretty much going to happen, and they're not predicating it upon any one game's outcome. Goff has done enough for them to justify another contract regardless of whether he manages to win on the road today or not. Should every team that doesn't reach the Superbowl replace their QB?by Saguaro - RamsFootballFans.com
Dan Campbell is very aggressive about making what seem to be risky play calls. His 4th down percentage so far has supported his decisions, but to those not used to watching the Lions it may seem shocking at times. When they beat the Chiefs in week 1 he called for a fake punt early in the game from their own 30 or thereabouts. And it succeeded. In part because I don't think the Chiefs eveby Saguaro - RamsFootballFans.com
Look, there are 32 teams in the NFL. All other things being equal, if your teams wins a Superbowl every 32 years, you're running just about average. The Rams won in 99 and again in 21. That's beating the odds. In the end it's about that trophy. Stafford's playoff run and the Superbowl win immediately justified the trade. Getting close a bunch of times does NOT equal winning it once.by Saguaro - RamsFootballFans.com
And if I'm reading your post right, it sounds like you're saying Goff is still the same guy, just getting good protection and open 1st reads again. And that that's all he can do. I just don't believe a QB can survive in the NFL, let alone thrive as Goff has, if he can't go through progressions. DC's would exploit that quickly. And I have watched Goff a lot including film analysis. He deby Saguaro - RamsFootballFans.com

Smith was a flyer, a downfield receiver. St. Brown is a slot guy, runs a lot of crossing routes. Will seldom ever be catching passes more than 20-25 air yards, although he's a fine YAC guy. And even though he's a tough guy on the field, Amon-Ra wouldn't be fighting with teammates like Smith. I would compare him to Hines Ward.by Saguaro - RamsFootballFans.com
It's not an impossible task, but the points in 9ers favor begin to line up QB - is there an edge? not much RB - CMC still has juice and way more experience. Something was off with David Montgomery in the TB game, he didn't look right. Gibbs is electric, but not an every down back. TE's - Kittle > LaPorta, especially with LaPorta still a bit hobbled. where it came from (Dan Campbell's hiring press conference 3 years ago.) what it means: a metaphor for toughness and never giving up, not a recipe to injure other players. The checkmarks on the sign refer to goals accomplished: Division title, home playoff win, another playoff win. It's not a record of injury trophies. But if you're salty about the loss I suppose you want to take it that waby Saguaro - RamsFootballFans.com
My reaction is based on seeing average time to throw stats for QB's. 4 or 5 seconds would be amazing off the charts as an average. I actually tried to look up what it was for both QB's in that game. I couldn't find that stat for this particular game BUT on Pro Football Reference I found the below listed for the 2023 Season. They are not in order for this stat.
