I watched the game. Not sure about SF "letting them back in". It was 38-10 with just 7 minutes left. Goff played lights out in the second half including at the 7 min left mark. After Goff throws a td the onside kick bounced off the up front niner and recovered by Lions. Then another score by Lions (Goff 3 td passes). Then another onside that recovered by Niners but in an ensuing play tby waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
Niners 41-Lions 33 I wouldn't say that's an ass kicking.by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
Niners enormous lead-game over-wait a minute-Lions somehow come back and 25 yds away from tying game. Lions onside kick works, Niner RB fumbles, Goff passing=quite a comeback.by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
When you say "not fond" do you mean he dislikes the Rams? If true, why do you think that is?by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
I like Collinswoth. To me he's one of the few x players that isn't enamored with himself. He also makes the game simple and understandable without a whole lot of detail dribble. He is a good enough broadcaster to have done an excellent job in the winter olympics sometime back. He's smart too. Simply stated he's not just a "jock"by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
Give them credit although I believe most of the credit goes to the x Dodger executive Farhan Zaidi. He's put together a very balance team with just a couple of "stars" such as Posey who doesn't play every day. I also think the Dodgers miss Kiki Hernandez terribly. I understand he wanted to play every day but there was something about him-he brought energy to the team when they needed iby waterfield - Bucky's Pub

I just don't think they have it this year. So, if I'm right, what single reason do you feel is responsible?-not that there is only one reason-but the most significant reason. Me-Bellinger. If anyone agrees-tell me what has happened? Injury to shoulder?, mental?, recent marriage?, Hitting instruction?, etc. IMO: He's a weird baseball player. Powerful swing in the batting box. Not only did he have a "big arm" but he was also famous for his ability to fake handoffs which he attributed to his lack of height. And yes that was a night game and yes it was the Times Charity pre-season-or what they used to call an exhibition game. For years the Times Charity exhibition game was always a night game at the Coliseum and marked the opening of "pre-season. I likelyby waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com

Their focus is to keep the umpires earning $-especially the older guys. That means that younger "eyes" are not as favored as the veterans. Unfortunately as one ages so does the eyesight. Add to that the pitchers today throw harder and faster than when these guys began to umpire. If they won't change to an electronic system then the least they can do is have an umpire remain the umpire bby waterfield - Bucky's Pub
As the eyes of umpires grow older and pitchers now throwing 100 mph regularly the time in which umpires see the ball is shorter and shorter. I've seen more bad calls this year than ever-and I fear it will get worse each year. So why can't MLB do what they do in tennis-whether the ball is on the line or not is determined by a computer. Most restaurants IMO don't know how to cook fish. They over grill it, fry it and generally the fish is dry. So they cover the fish with lots of sauce and that is what you taste not the fish. OTOH some fish like Dorado ( Mahi Mahi) and halibut really have any pronounced flavor so they need something on top to flavor the fish. The best restaurant I know for fish simply salt and pepper the fish addby waterfield - Bucky's Pub

Still attractive but at one time-IMO-she was the most beautiful woman in the world. Saw her in the musical "Chicago" with Richard Gere and Renee Zellweger. She did all the dance scenes while pregnant. I suspect when the little one arrived he-or she-came out dancing. One of my favorites: "Chicago" Dancing for her husband:by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
until you need the very thing you are insured for. This is why I love Medicare. Never a problem here. If my internist wants me to see a pulmonologist he simply sends a note to one on his keyboard and bingo I have an appointment. the automatic sprinkler systems save water-quite a bit-for the average consumer. Nevertheless, as you noticed, they appear counterintuitive when their on and its raining. But over the long haul they do save water. You just can't time it to stop when its raining.by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
Me too. Olympics are special-for all the right reasons.by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
I see the stickers, jerseys, license plate holders all over the place. But we have so many people living here I also see the same for supporters of other teams all over the place. I'm betting that for every Ram fan living in So Cal there are 5 times that of fans of other teams living in So Cal. Maybe a lot more. It's just so difficult here to imagine a stadium filled with Ram supporters like theby waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
Those are good thoughts. I am a big fan of both Olympics and especially the ceremonial stuff. And I do get such a pleasure out of watching the athletes joking and dancing around to the music, having fun with the athletes from different countries-like one great outdoor party. The joy of innocent youths ! (Ha-where were the NBA guys?) Would give anything to do that-maybe in the next life.by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
