"I lost focus" instead of "got bored" I don't think there would be much of an issue. Personally I don't like him based on interviews. My hope is that he doesn't cause a problem on the team. And honesty is not always the best policy with the media (and this is a good example of this). Two games in... no worries... but the Rams won both games.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I would expect him to go back to the the less upbeat interviews when he gets back home.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
and he should retire. And this was the "one more" today. No amount of money is worth brain damage. IMO. No problem with him playing again but if it were me? I'd definitely be done.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Something along theses lines... material fantasy...by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
Pretty depressing on some level. But at the same time I don’t want anything. And if I do want something it’s best if I just get it myself. That jacket sounds awesome though. One of those things you have to get for yourself.by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
You literally totally rock! Hope you had a nice birthday. Did you get presents?by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
they did a hurry up when they could have been eating the clock... They did such a nice job on that job to get down there and then I don't know what the thought process was on the last few plays. Kick the field goal and leave the Falcons with little time to score 4 TDs. IMOby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Not sure I've seen many OL get thrown down like Blythe did there. Allen looked pretty bad there too. I am hoping Allen improves as he plays. I'm not sure what to expect from Blythe. He's had some bad games going back to the end of last season.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
and having to explain his actions when all he wants to do is go to his room. Not sure why he has to answer to the media anyway.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
for a 3 day weekend. When we got home we started looking for property out there. lol. It's beautiful and there is something about the air that just seems beneficial to breath it. "We" ultimately decided that we couldn't move away from my wife's family. So we bought property here... fwiw we sold our house and are renting while we build... so we should be in our new home in the Spring.by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
Maybe they were expecting wide open receivers like the previous Rams' opponents enjoyed. Would they have game planned differently? I guess this is another reaction to a jump to conclusion post. Hard for me to not take the "wait and see" approach. That said, they looked like a top 5 D out there. Here's a question... Why even bring in a Marcus Peters if he doesn't fit your schby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
You run the ball, eat the clock and kick the field goal. Borderline poor sportsmanship IMO. Not your opinion? then no worries.by Atlantic Ram - Game Time Forum
Trying to run up the score? If that's what was bugging Gurley, I am right with him. I guess McVay is showing his niner roots. Disappointed. Nice win. I guess that's all that matters. But embarrassing. And then they didn't score which I'm glad they didn't.by Atlantic Ram - Game Time Forum
but NWA got in the year prior... Two studio albums and formed 18 years after YES. The truth is YES should have been in by the mid 90's but the HOF doesn't think highly of progressive rock bands... hence the reason ELP isn't in yet... or King Krimson... which is a joke. I'm confused as to why NIN is even nominated considering they are hardly mainstream.by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
Reznor is pretty smart, IMO. Excellent song writer and definitely a significant influence. However, when N.W.A. gets in before YES then there's not a lot of credibility. And I don't dislike N.W.A. I would have put Public Enemy in before them FWIW. So I whether or not Reznor gets in doesn't mean much to me.by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
So much talent... maybe too violent of a runner. idk but an injury-prone RB is not what the Rams' need in a backup to Gurley.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I don’t really understand the R&R hof. It’s like if the nfl hof included players who started a few seasons. The bar is low. King Krimson isn’t in either... Kind of like excluding Don Coryellby Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
Just didn't like some of the calls McVay made. Not saying the OL hasn't regressed, I believe they have, but I just have a gut feeling that something is amiss.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
It's not like the Rams OL was awesome. But when you can run the ball... or can't... masks a lot and ALSO allows players to be more effective. Not sure McVay just isn't trying too hard. Despite the score the Rams could have won the game. But I think the niners were definitely the better, more physical and better coached team... just less talented than the Rams. IMO Also, the niners know wby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Is that why you say that? If so that's pretty lame. He's in a good position. If the Rams win then that's ok and if they lose he can pat himself on the back.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
First thing that came to mind. Although it was “Gurley trying too hard” in my scenario. Either way, a surprise injury is a bit dubious. My issue is Malcolm Brown and his ability to stay healthy.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills I would trade them Noteboom and a 1 and be done with it and I’d ship 2nd to the Bengals for Atkins I wouldn't do either of those things! I think McVay just needs to figure out how to have a more balanced offense and get more play action opportunities. It would help the entire offense. Maybe even help the defense if the Rams could play with a lead... I do think thisby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Not taking anything away from Jackson. Just suggesting the possibility of a different perspective.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
And I think the Rams are developing an identity of a slow starting/late finishing team. But offensively there is little continuity. An identity gives players an internal direction. (The defense is struggling to do that as well). Winning is important of course but I think the players need something to hang their hat on. I think the confidence they get from that will help them be more effective.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I thought he was supposed to be better suited for OT... I'm less concerned about the OL because I think McVay will eventually figure out how to make the offense more balanced. That more than anything would improve the OL, IMO. I'm less confident about Wade... Too much talent on the defense to be that bad. Wow.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I haven't focused on him. He seems active and he gets home sometimes. With Donald drawing the double and triple teams I was hoping Fowler would shine a bit.... and maybe he is.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm guessing he won't get a head coaching gig. Rams don't currently have an OC per se. Seems like the pieces fit pretty well. Unless McVay doesn't want another cook in the kitchen or Gruden doesn't want to be under McVay's shadow.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
And draw media attention to it. Maybe get the government involved.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Every team does cries about penalties... not to the extent that the saints do... but every team does it. Lame.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Are their fans climbing back on the wagon? The one saint fan who posted here said he was going to look for something else to do on Sundays. Too bad he's missing it.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
