they collect players that would otherwise be out of football, pay them an obscene amount of money, cut them all, and start over again. A lot of very marginally talented individuals are living very nice lives out of the goodness of the hearts of the St. Louis/Los Angeles Rams. Maybe that's Kroenke's angle. Maybe he's just benevolent at heart.by HighPlainsDrifter - RamsFootballFans.com
harbor any illusions of maintaining any control for themselves then Jim Harbaugh is not the guy for them. Harbaugh is a very unique personality, and when things are not going well and scrutiny is directed his way, he is downright flaky, bordering on sociopathic. If he feels like you're questioning his methods, he will do everything in his power to shut you out. He's a guy that has a track recoby HighPlainsDrifter - RamsFootballFans.com
Maybe having Fisher at the helm during the move was a good move, but I think that's highly overrated. But the Rams have to put something on the field to keep the fanbase interested. Moving into a new stadium in 2019 won't, in and of itself, won't galvanize a fan base that has long given up on the team. That new stadium is going to be filled with fans of the other team, just like the Coliseum iby HighPlainsDrifter - RamsFootballFans.com
His input into personnel matters is somewhat limited. He demonstrated very little acumen in that area in his stint as head coach of the Rams in St. Louis. I want the personnel matters to rest with Les Snead and the scouting department. I want Fisher's input to be limited to expressing his preference but with no final decision making authority. That's assuming that he isn't fired, which wouldby HighPlainsDrifter - RamsFootballFans.com
When you watch a team who's offensive unit always seems to have the other team's defense on it's heels, it probably has a good offensive coordinator. They know how to exploit the weaknesses of their opponents. The Rams don't seem to have any ability to adjust or adapt to the strengths and weaknesses of their next opponent, or make in-game adjustments to what the other defense is doing. They seby HighPlainsDrifter - RamsFootballFans.com
I want Fisher gone. But Boras is the offensive play caller. He's hamstringing this offense. I know they aren't a 30 point a game offense looking for a place to happen. But they're not a 14 point a game offense either. Except under this coaching staff. The lack of a clear, discernible direction is maddening.by HighPlainsDrifter - RamsFootballFans.com
they are sealing their own irrelevance for years down the road. They just can't do it. I'm not sure I could take it. Not sure I could hang around and watch that.by HighPlainsDrifter - RamsFootballFans.com
He's just in way over his head. He's every defensive coordinator's dream. You don't have to keep the Rams O in front of you, they'll do it for you. Goff needs someone who's been there before. He has no one. No one that gives him his best chance to succeed. They spent all of that draft capital for a QB, and they have no idea what to do with him.by HighPlainsDrifter - RamsFootballFans.com

A three and out now would be bad. Very bad.by HighPlainsDrifter - Game Time Forum
It's not like he's never seen rain before. He is very streaky, though. And the Rams' D is playing lights out. So, no, I don't know him very well.by HighPlainsDrifter - Game Time Forum

it's in Seattle. He's under constant pressure and all the talk about the Eagles' receivers being worse than ours? Well, it's true. If there were no Seahawks on the field, they'd cover each other. Tough day for him against a very aggressive defense.by HighPlainsDrifter - Game Time Forum

on NFL Spin Zone, I think. The guy who wrote it said that Goff was going to put on a clinic against Miami's suspect secondary. The guy was either smoking a giant phatty, or it was written by Goff's dad.by HighPlainsDrifter - Game Time Forum
They're about as dangerous as a box full of kittens. Goff didn't turn it over, so there's that. Rob Boras is going to stunt his growth immeasurably. They're running a high school offense in the NFL.by HighPlainsDrifter - Game Time Forum

I had messed around the Post Dispatch board under the name OhioRam. There were some good guys there, but the overall tone was pretty putrid. Went looking around and came across the HERD. Been here ever since. Even spent a short time as an admin several years ago. Ironically, my best memory of being a HERD member involved a Chiefs' fan who used to come over to this board and antagonize some oby HighPlainsDrifter - RamsFootballFans.com
