Blanton on the PS as well. I think he has definitely got potential. Hopefully Brewer, Kelly and Wolford follow soon.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I admit there were quite a few surprise cuts, none more so than Dakota Allen but lets not forget, we have all seen this before. A lot of people questioned cutting Pharoh Cooper but now he has been cut by Arizona. There was plenty of people who were shocked about cutting Jamon Brown but then the Giants cut him as well. I think the coaching staff and front office have shown in the last few yeaby Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Yeah, Between the Horns is one of my favourite podcasts, I hope they continue with it, it didn't sound like they were decided at the end of the last show. The best podcast that I listen to is the Jason and Osi podcast by Jason Bell & Osi Umenyiora who now work for the NFL UK. Great stories from their playing days and always a good laugh. Rams Talk Radio is another decent Rams podcat alby Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
"As bad as Kiser was" - I never thought Kiser was Bad? I remember him looking good in last season's pre season games and he did well in the ST. Just because he didn't play first team last season doesn't mean he was bad, I think that was always the plan.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I think there are a few candidates for that last WR spot. Hodge, Thomas, Webster, Bachman. Thomas certainly seems to be favourite right now but there is time for the other to make an impression. Injury is the concern with Thomas but hopefully he can stay fit.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Glad to hear Long has been mentioned, I hadn't heard much about him coming out of camp. That said, I think he is the type who doesn't stand out with spectacular plays, more just consistently good play. He is going to be a real asset for this team.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I have to say I like him, I think there is a good bit of banter between him and DeMarco F. I wasn't a big fan at first but I really enjoy the Between the Horns podcast.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
His knee looks just fine in that video.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Yeah Gaines v SJD will be close. I originally had SJD starting due to his year learning the D. Not so sure now as I have been watching some clips of Gaines and I think he could be a player.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I think if Blyth is not great early on, then he will be pushed out by Demby. I like Blyth and I think he did a decent job last season but Demby will be pushing for a start from day one and Edwards and Evans could be ready to challenge come mid season.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Yeah, Behind the Grind is good, I expect there to be a new episode once camp starts. I also like Rams365 but that seemed to have disappeared now.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Yep, the Vikings game for me, that throw to Kupp in the corner, wow!by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Yes but we were also winning every game. If we had thrown Kiser in the deep end we could have damaged his long term potential. We didn't need to do that because we were winning. Now Kiser has had a season paddling in the shallow end of Special Teams and learning how to swim with the big boys.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
but it would be nice if he is!by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I think Kiser is going to have a big season, I have absolutely no concerns about him. He didn't play last season because we didn't need to play him. We had a very strong team that was winning from day 1, so we were able to let him spend the season learning and excelling in the ST. Kiser is a smart player and I think he is going to have a big career in the NFL.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
My favourite players are Orlando Pace, Jack Youngblood and Eric Dickerson. We are set at RB with TG, MB and DH and I'm pretty happy with our tackles so I would bring back Youngblood.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I watched it, I remember thinking he did ok but was handicapped by the fact that we were running the ball almost every snap with Mannion. Maybe my memory is playing tricks on me but I thought he still had potential under difficult circumstances. Anyway, at best he is RB4 now, I just wander how focused he is on football.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I really liked Kelly during the pre season and I thought he did well when he came on towards the end of the season (think it was against SF when Mannion came on for Goff, which told everyone that we were going to run the ball, but still Kelly did well). However I am starting to have doubts about him. Every time there is any news on him, he is talking about skateboarding, seems more interested iby Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I think the majority of the 53 man roster is pretty much set in stone which is a good sign for this team. As other have mentioned: RB - Davis is questionable, I think both Kelly and Colburn have more potential. I am not sure if the coaching staff are very high on Kelly which would give Colburn a chance. For me it is between Kelly and Colburn. WR - No. 5 and 6 is very very open, anyoneby Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
What about Big Whit deciding to stay? I know this was more Whit's move rather than the teams move, but I am sure they did their best to help convince him to stay.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
No way, why would we trade a good TE for at best a 6th round pick. Even if we don't keep Higbee next year he can be a major contributor this year. We have some interesting UDFA TEs but none will be able to produce anything like Higbee can. I think Blanton could be a very interesting prospect but probably practice squad material. Keenan Brown has a shot at TE3.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I have never understood why so many people dont rate Higbee. Just because he doesn't get the ball thrown to him, doesn't mean he is not a good player. Like you say, I don't think they will extend him, i think they would like to but money will be too tight.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Snead has done an amazing job over the last 3 years. Not many decisions that you would question and he has nailed the last 3 drafts.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Yeah, punt returns would be an issue, I thought Nick Scott or Darrell Henderson could return punts but I was wrong. Your probably right, maybe Hodge or Thomas should be looking over their shoulders.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I can see someone like Alex Bachman or Nsimba Webster taking JoJos spot. My money would be on Bachman. He is a smart wide receiver, great route runner. Think he will get a PS place at the very least.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I think it is going to be tight for the Guard and Centre spots, I think any combination of Noteboom, Allan, Blythe and Demby could win that 3 spots. Noteboom would seem to be the ahead of the other three but there isn't much between them in my opinion.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Melvin Gordon says that there is nothing wrong with Gurley. I think he has a much better idea of what is going on than all these journalists who think they know what is going on.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Demby is a lock to make this roster and I think he has a real chance to make the line up. I think he had a great pre season last year.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Does Dickerson do this off his own back? If so, that says something about this franchise and more important it says something about Dickerson, a legend does not go far enough.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Goff is not our guy, he is THE GUY. He is going to continue to get better for the next 10 years. Imagine how good he will be at 34.by Scottish Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
