True. 2nd half scoring defense has been stellar. Need it today.....by LMU93 - Game Time Forum

I have always been a big fan of JJ since before the 2017 Draft and had hoped they could keep him, but I am not sure they are in a weaker spot at all in 2021 with Fuller, Rapp, Burgess and Scott all returning at safety. Plus they will have Ramsey, Williams and Long at CB. 7 of 9 returning from a very good secondary.by LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com
I may be in the minority but I think the bone jerseys with yellow pants would look good.by LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com
I agree. Not a thriller but so memorable for the statement it made about where the franchise now was. Awesome game... Others will say the 2004 comeback but I cant use that one. I left the sports bar where I was watching when it was 27-10. Got home and the comeback was underway. In fairness I had a one month old I wanted to get back home to..by LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com
I agree. A small but notable thing for this game is the Seahawks traveling their 2nd straight week after going cross country last Sunday while Rams are coming off their bye. Not excusing the loss two weeks ago but we also should remember that for the Miami game- cross-country road trip (on a short week) while Miami was coming off their bye week.by LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com
Like you said, keeps Rams hopes for the West alive with a win but Seattle still in the driver's seat. Where as a Rams loss kills any chance of winning the division. Still, at the end of the day if the Rams win any 3 of the next 4 games they are in a solid playoff position. But this one at home vs. arguably their biggest division rival of the past decade would be great to pull off.by LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com
Great win. Thanks. I remember it well. I was home on Christmas break from my freshman year of college. Went out after with friends for New Year's Eve.by LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm sure it will vary to some extent but I lean that way too. Have Ramsey take Lockett away and double Metcalf. And also, get to Wilson.....by LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com
If Dareus Williams continues on his current trajectory I would much rather try and extend him a couple years than try to keep Everett. I think Hopkins can develop into what Everett provides while Higbee remains the TE1. Hard to know what the market will be for Reynolds, but I would guess several teams looking to have some of what McVay has taught our WRs rub off on theirs will lead to him getby LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com
I think Jefferson will take off in 2021. He may only finish with 20-25 catches this season but he will be the WR3 from day one of OTAs and camp next year. He's exactly the type that would take a big leap in year 2. I think Reynolds will end up netting the Rams a 6th round comp. pick.by LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com
Seattle is an incredible 86.2% scoring in the redzone this year, easily #1 in the NFL. Don't let Wilson make big plays and do NOT let them score TDs in the redzone.by LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com
And it's great that they say they want to keep them. But the plan has been to allow them to leave and, hopefully, net compensatory picks for them. It's part of their personnel formula and it's been working. At safety, I have always really liked Johnson but they're clearly in a good place with Fuller, Rapp, Burgess and Scott. Reynolds could end up with 40+ catches and 600+ yards and line hby LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com
Not going to give a predicted score (I am a huge jinx) but I will say I think the score will be lower. Rams are averaging 20.3 PPG at home but their defense has given up just 12 ppg (9.7/game actually since the TD vs. CHI was the Woods fumble). Seahawks have averaged 34 ppg on the road while giving up 32+. These teams know each other well. Something has to give. I am guessing something in theby LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com
I think the test of a team is not their ability to not make mistakes or lay a big egg in a game but rather how they respond and adapt to it. I have zero doubts the Rams have spent quite a bit of time the past 2 weeks now focusing on strategies for beating zero blitz/coverage, etc. It's an issue for the entire offense to master- Goff, McVay, the OL, RBs, etc. Goff was very good overall their fby LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com
An excellent MLB would be great. But I would say an excellent Edge rusher would be much more of a difference maker. Defense in this league comes down to good coverage and getting to the QB (and each builds off the other). Maybe Lewis is going to develop into that guy. Who knows.by LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com

Oh I agree. I think that is the max they could possibly win. 11-5 still might not win the West depending on the head-to-heads with Seattle. But it would at least get them the 5th seed and the road trip to (4th seed) Philly.by LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com
Have to win 3 of the next 4. Any combination. But get to 8-4. They would be 8-2 in the NFC which would help them with tiebreakers.by LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com

Yeah, probably right. Like you said I don't think Arizona can be counted out given their PD is 5th in the NFL and 1st in the NFC. And like the Rams, their season is very likely defined by their next 4 games (vs BUF, @SEA, @NE, vs. LAR).by LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com
Agree with your list overall. I think the returns of Fuller and Robinson on defense can only make them better. Special teams needs to avoid awful mistakes (turnovers, missed kicks less than 45 or missed XP, big returns allowed). And offensively Goff has to play consistent while McVay remembers his QB needs protecting and this is one of the best running teams in the league. Take any combinatioby LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com
As Herb Brooks said, "Great moments are born from great opportunity..." The Rams face some tough opponents but have every opportunity to go far if they play well. Beat Seattle and they will have the division lead. Tampa becomes important because they may be fighting Tampa for the 5th seed (wildcard) down the line. If the Rams can't win the division. I'd much rather have that 5 seed aby LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com

I agree. He probably doesn't see rushers as well. But Jackson is obviously a much better athlete overall and part of that is sensing what's around him in ways 98% of QBs do not. But I also don't buy the argument Goff just can't sense pressure at all. He'd get sacked WAY more than he does if that's the case. I do think, though (and maybe I'm wrong) that most of his sack fumbles seem to come frby LMU93 - RamsFootballFans.com
