odds are that we do. It'd be very very rare to have 3yrs in a row with few injuries. I think the rooks get to play because of the injuries.... and will fill in nicely after - maybe - a rough game or two.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm not sure if different formations alone woulda changed the SB outcome. McVay & Goff are smart enough to simply change a formation and get out of a play..but it appeared much harder for them to adjust to what Bellicheck was doing - THAT is the part that got me a little nervous. I think our team woulda lost that night no matter what offensive groupings they called...they just weren't execuby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
I have always liked having 1 extra fast player to stretch the field and create space. Using good route combos allows player separations very fast - nearly immediately....as opposed a FB starting 3yds behind the line or a heavy/slower TE on the line or even kicked out to slot. It's the fast WRs that I loved...Martz used this grouping in spades and his route combos were some of the best I've everby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
an entire generation NEVER knew the Rams as their NFL team....only hearing about them from their father's stories in the 90s. Also, SoCal has its own lifestyle and way of "doing" sports & other activities. The truth is, there are SOOO many things to do with perfect weather all year around that make sports - a great fun thing to do - but when the team is bad...there are SOOOO othby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
I don't see them that similar at all...it's interesting we see them very differently. Henderson is a short/stiff/powerful & explosive runner...and somehow plays even faster than times. Kelly is kinda of avg build, but runs so hard & nasty that he appears bigger in some way. He can make violent yds and has good vision for stopping starting and rolling off blocks & tackles. QuoteScottish Ram I think the majority of the 53 man roster is pretty much set in stone which is a good sign for this team. As other have mentioned: RB - Davis is questionable, I think both Kelly and Colburn have more potential. I am not sure if the coaching staff are very high on Kelly which would give Colburn a chance. For me it is between Kelly and Colburn. I agree...just cuz Davis isby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
we have 2 young DTs that the coaches like. I feel good about NT....unless we see them play and they wash out.... then we can sign Peko off the coach for a song and a bag of chips! ;)by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com

...waited after Rams practice one time and he gave me one of his "Poetry in Motion" T-shirts, that had him (#88) diving for a catch.... it was a line drawing from a photograph of him diving!! I really loved that about his game....that ball was HIS... and no matter where it was he was gonna catch it!!by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
how good at DT must you be to be thot of as the BEST football player...offense or defense???? I think the only other DL that I would make 1b to A.D. is Watt.....Watt was unbelievable and until AD came along I thot couldn't be beat. ...then, along comes A.Donald. Man, what a time to watch LA Rams' football.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
unless there's a more articles that clarify/compare/contrast the 2 systems(McVay & McCarthy's schemes). It appears that McCarthy & Rodgers had a unique style of collaboration whereby McCarthy calls a play and Rodgers has FULL control over changes...and McVay may not have that scale of leeway in his system. Or McVay doesn't want to allow THAT much redirection of his gameplan....we just cby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
Higbee is solid at everything....but that's all. And yeah, he did have some sweet grabs this past year that made me think more of him. However, in the end he's an avg athlete/TE....Everett has somethin special whenever he knows - for sure - what to do and can just play. Everett has above avg athleticism...but what I like best is his hands & RAC!!!! He's like a RB when he gets the baby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
just a lethargic passer. imo Haskins woulda been a great grouping for the Giants offense w/ Barley, Engram, etc. They got another Manning whom I was never a fan of...despite the SB wins...Manning is not the kinda QB/passer/leader/personality that I tend to root for...and Jones arm strength is strange....all his passes look like punts to me! I think Jones gets a lot of picks cuz of his higby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
is anyone bothered by the shadow lines on the field??? I'm hoping that they will be very minimal in real life... but I hate watching games with shadows on the field!!! UGH!!! Especially, those big shadows when half the field is in shadow and the other in light. I fear The Rams Stadium will be the same but busier - with more small lined shadows on the field.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
Teams already play 20 games (4 PS + 16 reg) - minus play-off games. The biggest thing is rosters need to be expanded to 65 players or somethin round there. imo A larger roster solves a few issues, especially getting reps for back-up players while allowing back-ups to practice and be part of the team all year so that when a starter gets hurt the drop-0ff of play is not AS significant as startby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
the RB moves off too far or forgets - and the QB is left to "fake" to air...and it looks preposterous, I agree!! unless, it happens on every PA fake by Goff (and it doesn't from what I've seen - but I HAVE seen those misses too, Jem) then I'd say it was the RB who forgot to move towards the QB fake or got distracted with a defender or somethin... cuz the QB is kinda locked in withby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com

but he just might. Sometimes, I wonder if LaFleur doesn't have the experience to garner patience & respect from Rodgers while LaFleur builds out his offense. Rodgers might just bulldoze laFleur. My thots are based on nuthin but speculation and mild observations that may be quit incorrect. we'll see Either way, I'm sorry for the LaFleur's injury cuz being an HC is hard enough without beby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com

...for when Blythe wants a new HUGE contract in a year and we have to let him walk and get the comp pick. Blythe is a guy that - tho graded out abv avg by PFF - a talent I would NOT re-sign to big money... we can fill his spot with our 6th & 7th OL depth. imo We will start to pinch money in the next year or so gearing up for Goff's salary and preparing for those 8-10 players who get 50%by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com

cuz he's not a pocket passer and not that accurate a passer from the pocket and they need to run and odd wishbone offense to get the most out of him... which was limiting. We'll see if he can process the bigger picture that GRoman has in store for him - as he did with CK to good success. I'm not so sure of Jackson as I am of a passer like Kyler which has natural passing traits..but a small bodby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
I really hope for Kyler to have success...but his size is still scray to me and I look forward to seeing that talent - that you saw up close- go against the best defensive players & minds in the NFL. It'll be very very interesting to watch this season. imoby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
11 personnel puts our best players on the field and I think McVay will just ADD more wrinkles into his version of the standard 11 schemes.
