I miss you mista hammer-time! I agree with all that you wrote with the exception of one thing you didn't mention: We had a A+ Goff Weeks 3-11, now we have a B- GOff. With the running game, maybe we will be ok with a B- Goff. With the "october" GOff we win this game, and I have no contention with that. Saints have an awful pass defense (why doesn't any mention that). Saints give uby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
They only stopped zeke because of Dak inequitous QB behavior (did I make that word up? lol) But, the Saints didn't control Gurley, did they....Rams were running ok, but not well up the gut. Now, maybe up the gut will work...can't wait to rewatch that game. By the way, Saffold is the best in line, straight up, man a mano runblocker in the NFL. DON'T care about stats; I watch 5-8 games a wby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I have my hopes. It has only been 3 games with CJ. 3 A+ games.....but only 3. Rankins being out gives me more hope.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
He doesn't look like the same player to me since the Bears game. Also, he looks worse than he did at any time in 2017, too. That doesn't mean he can't throw dimes; many of his passes have micro-accuracy unlike any QB not named Brees or Rogers....His arm is golden, but something is amiss. It could be he is confused because the covereages have changed since the Bears game....by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Peat was bad....and he is hurt---so the say. So, yes, that is our good chance...and I am hoping Donald gives it to himby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
35 % : Rams 27 Saints 23 35%: Saints 38 Rams 30 30%: Saints 38 Rams 16 Rams score between 20-34 70% Saints score 20-38 60% Rams could block a punt, tip a ball and Goff could throw 8+ yards per attempt and we can win. Goff beating Brees at home with the Saints raucous crowd could happen; but, if you believe that then why not put down $1k? You won't, and you know it, lol. I amby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I agree...the behavior of being called out is for the 80%---the sheeple who spend their whole life following rules made unto them by men. DOn't listen to them....giggle at their ineptitude---not in arrogance, but in joy--because you are not them.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Steve Beurelein said yesterday that although Goff played well, and was well prepared, he wasn’t asked to do too much. He thought McVay lost some trust in Goff. But Goff is comfortable in his current role. He clearly played game manager against Dallas. Complement the running game and no turnovers. Will that be good enough in NO? It got us to New Orleans...but it won't get us to the bowl. Goff lby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Wrote to my brother----thought I would share: The 2018 Divisional Round had the most rushing yards in NFL history.....all 4 winners had a huge advantage in rushing.....wow, the Super Bowl will have some of the best 'marketing' possibilitites in NFL history. Brady, Brees and Mahommes or McVay are huge draws for the league. Gurlrey is still hurt; didn't look like himself. Like I said, CJ Andeby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
You are right about this defense have new pieces---and improved a bit. I was hoping that might be the difference.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I agree with what you wrote. However, one is too many---and 4 guys is 4 many much too many (love that english!). One weak player, mentally or physically is enough to lose one game. See Don McNeal---ok, that was a bit low.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Littleton and Barron (210lbs) can not take on guards. Fowler has no upper body strength for his size/DE--soft mentally Peters is soft. It infects the whole team. Yes, they dominated Dallas. One game at a time. For that game, I rescind my fluffy statementsby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Sheldon Rankins being out lets Rams control the middle---maybe. That is more likely to happen, and impact game huge. Brees won't be pressured.....I would love it, but the O line matchups are very bad for us.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com

Don't get me wrong, that was one of the best Rams defensive efforts this year! However, we won easily because Dak is a very avg, and sometimes bad QB. Because of that our dominant O line made it an easy game. If we go against another team, with a real QB, it is another game. Foles is just ok, too---so, we can beat them. Can the Rams hold the Saints to 23-24? If they can we can bowl it.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Game by game---Yes, that game was physical, and the Rams were on it! EVEN Talib was throwing some shoulders.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com

Yep, I saw that again a few years ago. If Rams can run like that again, they have a good chance next week.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Not surprised when you Dak back there....no worries......EVen if he had 110, they weren't winning; Rams controlled the entire game.....Looked close in score, but it was not.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com

Yep, the Rams line went back to 1985 and ran it up on the Cowboys....Dickerson x 2 with CJ and Gman....or Dickerson in 1/2by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Goff 3 years: 23 wins, 2 pro bowls, 2 playoffs, playoff wins: 0, but 1 comin' sooooooooooon! Wentz 3 years: 25 wins, 1 pro bowl, 0 playoffs, playoff wins: 0 Last 2 years: Goff 23 wins, Wentz 18 wins. Health is real, and it is serious; My prostate knows!---that is, Wentz can't play when he isn't active THis is to make every one feel good before we crush Dallas...or, at least, win!by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I said no way Cory holds up at ILB....man, that was bad. Said we would blitz a lot. Way wrong. Said 4-5 long tds to Cooks--wrong, but right idea. Said we had 4 good corners....can I go with 2 1/2 (Roby +Talib + Shields)?? Said Sully and Whit would fade--easy to predict. Said "control" offense. I think Rams and Saints are the best in the NFL at that.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
2018 Rams Team Overview: Being in the same system, the offense should do better than last year (like the 2000 Rams upgraded the 1999 offense)---I think controlling the ball with the mid and short routes, along with Gurley will bring a possession time of around 33-34 minutes this year. I think it is unanimous that Cooks is an upgrade over Watkins in all ways—except for the short TD slants,by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
