I kinda doubt that they can pull it off, sadly. Rams just have soooo many mouths to feed and that pesky cap is always getting in the way. But he has become a genuine beast in this Ram D now, making the Rams almost impossible to run on with any consistency. Would sure be helpful in extending this SB window. I suspect that Rams will strain mightily to retain AR, and I fervently hope that theyby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

Here’s BonifayRam… I would like to ask this writer a question ....why with two long-term OL starters being UFA's in less than 8 months one being our most valued & now a leader in the OL this season, ..... would the Rams maintain the team 3rd pending 2022 OL UFA who was undoubtedly a fast trending downward 3rd season OL'er @ the conclusion of the 2021 preseason? I am of the opinion that Rams secondary will have many spirited battles for starting positions. Other than Ramsey, I don’t think any player is a lock to be starter come opening day. And this includes even Fuller. Rams seem to have brought in lots of secondary talent that appear to be scheme fits. May the Best 5 win…by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
What if Rams now have a ‘Bobby Wagner Effect’, too? To go along with the existing ‘Jalen Ramsey Effect’? Each ‘Effect’ reinforcing the other two? I think that we’re going to see exactly that this season. I’ve been re-watching some Ram games from earlier in the ‘21 season and couldn’t help noticing how QB’s were abusing our ILB corps, mostly Reeder. Sorta painful to watch. But no moreby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

It’s fair to call Harris a project at this point. A very tantalizing one, but still… He’s a ‘tweener’ and who knows whether McVay and his staff can make him an effective weapon as either a TE or a WR. This is NOT an easy roster for Harris to get snaps, so we’ll see. I will say that my gut tells me that Harris will be more likely to get snaps than Atwell this season. Another McVay projectby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Can Jacob Harris become more than a project? Random Ramsdom: Can Jacob Harris become more than a project? Perhaps the most interesting part about Jacob Harris is that he is relatively new to the game of football, as he started playing in his senior season of high school. Before then, he was primarily a soccer player, and was so gifted at it that he earned a division 1 scholarship toby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Kupp is ahead of some elite WR’s on both lists. A VERY easy player to root for, indeed.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Not sure Evans makes the 53. In fact, I doubt it. And Chris Garrett makes the 53 or Rams lose him. I still think (hope) that Rapp gets traded. But DaSilva is right about the tough decisions. Whew!by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Rams 53-man roster projection: LA's depth creates tough decisions Cameron DaSilva We’re less than a month away from training camp starting for the Los Angeles Rams, and about two months from final roster cuts being made. The season still feels far away, but it’s approaching rather quickly. Now in the middle of summer, it’s a good time to project which players might make the 53-man roby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Allen Robinson: Versatility of me and Cooper Kupp is a 'tremendous advantage' Cameron DaSilva The Los Angeles Rams didn’t sign Allen Robinson just because he’s a bigger receiver who can win contested catches. They see him as much more than that. Sean McVay has talked about his route running, his hands and the well-rounded receiver that he is, and Liam Coen even said Robinson can do aby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteAlbaNY_Ram I don't think OBJ is responsible for the delay in his signing. IMO the Rams want to know when OBJ will be ready to play before they sign him and that's a big unknown at that point. I never thought he would sign before October anyway so I don't see any drama at all in the fact that he's still a FA. It could well play out as you have suggested - that OBJ gets an offer he can'tby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamstien I think the Rams are set at WR and it may very well be time to let OBJ see what kind of deal he can get elsewhere. He will only possibly be available for half the season and not really sure how effective he will be then. I say spend the money on another pass rusher and say good-by a WR that has over estimated his true value, to this team. Two things. I’m still interested in addby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

The mere concept that Atwell could challenge Jefferson for 3rd WR is optimistic from my pov, Merlin. But I do agree that McVay has earned the benefit of any doubt. Like I’ve said numerous times, I’m rooting for Atwell because he’s a Ram. But I’ll need to see on-field evidence before even considering him a threat to unseat Jefferson as 3rd WR.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

The case for UDFA WR Lance McCutcheon to make LA Rams roster by Bret Stuter The odds of a rookie wide receiver making the LA Rams roster are remote, and I know that. Perhaps it’s the late hour, or perhaps I have lost my objective bearings. But I’d like to think that 6-foot-2 205-pound wide receiver Lance McCutcheon is deserving of the perspective based on merits, and not some logicallyby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
The case for UDFA ILB Jake Hummel to make the LA Rams roster by Bret Stuter At one point in the LA Rams’ recent history, a path to the LA Rams roster for an undrafted rookie inside linebacker was an almost certainty. Where does the Rams secondary rank among the best in the NFL? Cameron DaSilva The Rams secondary lost a key piece this offseason when Darious Williams opted to sign with the Jaguars in free agency. Quentin Lake had a dream just before the draft that the Rams would select him Cameron DaSilva When players make it to the NFL, they often say it’s a dream come true. Quotemerlin The competition will drive better production for the job and both he and Jefferson will benefit. I don't think Skow threatens Jefferson enough but Tutu has the kind of talent that can make him afraid for his job which is the best motivation if he's a competitor. Rams have $13.5 million in dead money this year but none on the books in 2023 Cameron DaSilva The Rams are no strangers to dead money taking up cap space, having traded away Jared Goff and cut Todd Gurley, both of which incurred massive dead cap charges. But in 2022, dead money isn’t taking up a ton of space on the Rams’ books. According to Over The Cap, the Rams carry $13.52 millionby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
For the Browns’ sake, I hope they have language in their contract with Watson to protect themselves from something like this. If not, then this could be a Browns disaster of Biblical proportions.
