Because I am a degenerate gambler from PA and the NFL force feeds the Steelers on National TV, I have watched a lot of AB. I pick him for my"FanDuel" line up every week. I can't tell you how many times I have wondered: "How can he be that open when everyone in the stadium knows that they are going to get him the ball?" It's because he's just as quick as he is fast. QuoteLMU93 The only 'bust' the Rams have drafted in the 3rd or 4th rounds since Snead joined in 2012 was Barrett Jones. They have a good track record of getting contributors in those rounds. With those 4 picks this year there is reason to be optimistic they'll land 3 players that can help them. None may become starters, but contributors and helping their depth regardless. QuoteLMU93 I like Okoronkwo and Nwosu best of those 5 as well. My thoughts exactly! Kevin P.by guinnessram - RamsFootballFans.com
When a consensus top 5 talent drops in the draft, it's for more than his oft-injured shoulder. There were character flags everywhere. Last year, SF CB Trumaine Brock was charged with by the SF DA, but the charges were suddenly & mysteriously dropped, so the league took no disciplinary action. Doesn't sound like that's going to be the case here, but SF is still holding out hope, not takingby guinnessram - RamsFootballFans.com
We picked Cupp in the 3rd and Johnson in the 4th. Kevin P.by guinnessram - RamsFootballFans.com
DC'S are going to have a whole off season to study Jimmy G. Hopefully, that will make him a below average QB. Kevin P.by guinnessram - RamsFootballFans.com
I imagine that both ESPN & NFLN will give it plenty of coverage. This means that the regular season schedule will be released next week (Wednesday or Thursday).by guinnessram - RamsFootballFans.com
We have no 1st or 2nd rounder, so expect for the "hype" to die down for the next couple of weeks. Kevin P.by guinnessram - RamsFootballFans.com
I watched every down he played. He pads his stats against teams like Akron, Toledo, Illinois, Indiana but disappeared against Michigan, OSU, Iowa, etc. I know he's going in the top 5, but I say: "Buyer Beware". Kevin P.by guinnessram - RamsFootballFans.com
I don't think even Snead can sneak us into the 2nd round, never mind the first, so Day 1 has lost all it's luster. I will watch Day 2 to see who falls to us@ #87 or trade up. Now Day 3 is a completely different story! Just like we owned the off-season, RAMS OWN DAY 3! 3 4ths, 4 6ths! With Snead doing his best Monte Hall, it's going to be 6 hours of "Let's Make a deal". Has this ever happened before? What's stranger about that happening is that for the last 3 years, he has been a top 20 WR. Only 2 WR's have had over a thousand yards and 7 TDs the last 3 seasons: Cooks & Antonio Brown. Not bad Company. Kevin P.by guinnessram - RamsFootballFans.com
Once Watkins flew the coop for big $$$, the Rams were on the phone to every NFL team for a speedy WR (Hence, the OBJ rumors.) When Watkins and Mike Williams scored the big $$$, Cooks' agent stepped away from the deal NE had on the table. If unable to make a deal, NE would get no compensation for Cooks after this year, his 5th yr option. Talks began between the Rams and NE and heated up at theby guinnessram - RamsFootballFans.com

Quotehuff&puff 1.(D. Jackson), Cooks will play this role in the rams offense. 2. (AGENT/Relationship) Cooks shares the same agent as Goff... possibly easier to extend a long term deal. 3. (Overall Talent/Top shelf and I'm not talking municipal)... check the numbers! Great perspective. Kevin P.by guinnessram - RamsFootballFans.com
While the media and everyone else was chasing the shiny object(OBJ), the Rams have been working this Brandin Cooks trade for the last month or so. I give up trying to formulate what Snead is masterminding. I am done. I will wait until pick #87 to predict who the Rams will select, and for all we know he's working the phones as I post. The very definition of a deep threat. Opens up the entire field. Hello Kupp and Woods. Kevin P.by guinnessram - RamsFootballFans.com
It's usually the week before the draft but I have a feeling that it will be released next. No way it will be vs Min. They will play Philly on opening Thursday. My guess = 9ers on the late Mon nighter. Kevin P.by guinnessram - RamsFootballFans.com

Hager, Littleton, Longacre, etc. We just created a monster DL. We need guys who can fill. If RB's make it past the LOS, who's going to come up and fill? I wanted Price or Ridley but we have a glaring need@ LBERS. We were 28th against the run. I am changing my tune. We desperately need a playmaking force @ LB. We are going to draft the best LBERS. He can take the top off of a D. Great speed. Kizer had the arm to get it to him deep and he was effective stretching the D, even on plays he didn't get the ball he is a willing blocker. Because the ND QB couldn't throw the deep ball, Last year they tried him on slants and bubble screens. Not good. He is too slight to catch the ball in front of the D, especially Lbers. QuoteRam_Ruler I'd be tempted to go Ridley but his small frame kind of worries me. Let's go Vander esch and make the defense the biggest nightmare you ever saw Edit: or rashaan Evans, who is my personal pick Evans is also there in both. Lance Z has him going to the Steelers. He is my preference if we go LB, although he's more of a speed guy than the thumper we need against the run. Kevinby guinnessram - RamsFootballFans.com
Both Bucky Brooks and Lance Z have Calvin Ridley still on the board with the Rams passing on him. Would you? They both have us picking that Lb out of Boise. Kevin P. Of course, OBJ could make this all moot.by guinnessram - RamsFootballFans.com

I am not fond of units adopting nicknames, especially before accomplishing anything. With that said, Ndhmakung translated from Swahili means "house of Spears". That should aptly describe how opposing offenses feel as they try to advance the ball. Like they're running or throwing into a house of Spears. Kevin P.by guinnessram - RamsFootballFans.com
I am using stats. I am not talking about what "could have been" . We made the wrong choice. Simple as that. Argument over. Actually, if you go by what happened since both have been drafted, there is no argument. Kevin P.by guinnessram - RamsFootballFans.com
