I haven't read all of the responses here, so maybe somebody already pointed this out, but that is not the direction the teams were lined up in the 4th quarter. Go watch the final play of the game, and see where the two teams are lined up in orientation to the NFL shield. I saw this somewhere else, and they said it was from the first quarter of the game. So...fake news, basically.by Zooey - RamsFootballFans.com
If he's picking the Bucs to win, it's obvious he still has character issues. No decent human being would pick Tampa to win this game, and I don't think that even requires an explantion.by Zooey - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteNewMexicoRam .......maybe you should go back and change some Rams draft selections. Don't tell me you are one of those people who can't admit that Tutu Atwell was the difference-maker this season.by Zooey - RamsFootballFans.com
Assuming the Rams win, I want SF. I think the Rams would beat them, and it would hurt all SF fans' feelings a lot, as well as give a boost to my own morale. Should the Rams lose, I think I would prefer GB to win. What that means is that in order to comfortably cheer during the SF/GB game, I am going to have to find a time portal of some kind.by Zooey - RamsFootballFans.com
GB had a week off, and they're home. 9ers have a short week, and have to travel on one of those days. And this will be SF's 14th consecutive game since their bye. I still think the 9ers can win, though.by Zooey - RamsFootballFans.com
What the 9ers game told me is that the Rams can beat them if they play for 60 minutes. Looked to me like the Rams took the 9ers best shot in the first half, and took a commanding lead anyway. Then...with their life on the line...the 9ers came out with the same urgency in the 2nd half whereas the Rams thought they had the game in hand. Complacency got the Rams. I don't think PR/KR have much value. Frankly, I've always thought that teams could either Fair Catch or let the ball go, and down it on kickoffs, and be right about the league average for returns anyway. It's great when you have one of Those Guys, but those guys are rare. You certainly don't trade for one. The value isn't there. A fifth WR never sees the field in the playoffs. I have always agreed with this...until today. This is the one exception I've ever encountered in my life. I actually wanted to see Henry because I think the Rams would beat them anyway, and I want to see how the Rams deal with an actual rushing attack. I want to see the Rams make adjustments to deal with that. With the addition of Miller, the Rams are pretty clearly loading up to attack pasby Zooey - RamsFootballFans.com
I teach at Sierra College. Taught there in the late 90s, too. I was ripped up by the bulk trade to Washington. I hated losing Hacksaw, too. After that, I was pretty jaded. I was angry about Dickerson...and Bettis...but I'm pretty much over being "sick" about anything anymore. If you let being sick about sports get to you, you can't follow sports for long. That was Tom Brady's first game, too, wasn't it?by Zooey - RamsFootballFans.com
Pretty sure Arians was the coach last year when the Rams ate his lunch, making Joe Brady look pedestrian in the process. There are a lot of good coaches. Arians doesn't worry me in particular. The only thing that worries me so far this year is all the zone the secondary plays.by Zooey - RamsFootballFans.com

Yeah, I would have been absolutely disgusted if the Rams had lost to the Cowboys. I would have been sick about it. Winning a playoff game this year was the Bar. They HAD to clear that. Now we are on House Money in a way. But I agree with you. I'm all in now. They played well the last two weeks of the season, and very well against the Cowboys. I mean... with this guy as ref, the Rams are 7- 0 (2-0 in 2018). So if we are standing on the principle of the thing, we can't have that kind of bias, either. So let's petition to remove John Parry, too. Fair is fair.by Zooey - RamsFootballFans.com
I agree with that. The Rams' weakness is defending the run. The Cowboys' strength is running. If the Rams get up by a couple of scores, it will force Dallas to do what they are not as good at doing. If the game is close, Dallas plays to its strength. I hope the Rams come out throwing (and pass defense is Dallas' weakness). Yep. If they had kicked a FG, the Broncos would have the ball on about the 25 with the need to score a TD. That's already a long shot. Getting a first down there would have ended the game, but a FG would have effectively made a comeback a very long shot. Meanwhile...failing to convert...as they did...meant the Broncos got the ball at about the 20 with a need to score a FG. Just 40 or 45 yarby Zooey - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteAtlantic Ram OMG with the exaggeration! This video could have been just as useful if it were 3 minutes of stats and then the proposed solution.... 13 minutes of hot air. Quotewv ram I think you'd have to make it more like fourth and twenty. Or whatever would make the percentage closer to the onsides kick percentage of five percent. You think 5% was written in stone by the Finger of God, or something? If you wanna energize the last two minutes of the game, they get 4th and 10 and a 31% chance. I agree with both of those criticisms. Those two arguments are weak. But the other arguments are good enough, imo. Throw out those two bad arguments and there is still enough there to convince me. video: I’m in favor of this change. I opposed it until I saw this video because there IS excitement in KO returns. But he convinced me with the arguments that A) it is by far the most dangerous play in the game, and 2) it doesn’t actually make any difference, even if your favorite team happens to possess Dante Hall or Tony Horne. That was compelling to me. It makes little difference if the KOby Zooey - RamsFootballFans.com

Problem with Fisher...the NFL passed him by. He was a Buddy Ryan guy. Knew about defensive players and schemes, and how to find the right people. He simply didn't know how to find the right people on offense. He knew about OL - got good players and coaches there. Knew about RB and TE.
