I don't understand why Goff can't see Watkins? I understand Higbee is his roommate and buddy on the team.....Goff needs to stop favoring Kupp and Higbee. He has to start looking for and targeting Watkins this week against the Jags. Watkins is the only game breaking receiver on the team who can take it to the house deep. If Goff fails to connect with Watkins this Sunday.... I bet Watkins wilby Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotezn QuoteAl45 That pass was not an easy catch. Kupp had to dive for the superman catch. I hate to use Joe Montana as an example since he is a hated whiner. Completion percentage of 47% today. 2 interceptions and a fumble. Was most of those incomplete passes due to his inaccurate passing or good defense?by Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
Goff rushed that pass. The defender was beat and all Goff needed to do was to put less heat and more touch on that pass. I place more blame on Goff and less on Kupp.by Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
There is something about Goff's QB play that doesn't impress me. Maybe it's seeing Goff stand in the pocket on just about every pass play and hoping he doesn't throw a weak wobbly interception or get hit and fumble. When I watch a guy like Wentz I don't get that feeling that he is going to turn the ball over like Goff. Wentz just looks like a better QB and definitely more athletic. Not sureby Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
Wentz was hitting his deep ball today. Goff connected on less than 50% of his passes today and 2 interceptions.by Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm not sure what you guys are seeing. Goff completed less than 50% of his passes today. He has issues with connecting with his receivers deep. Did you guys see Wentz today? Wentz passes have laser like precision while we get to see Goff throw his wobbly passes that his receivers have to dive for and make extremely difficult catches. I'm just not confident this guy is the answer at QB. Thby Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
Goff needs to speed up his decision making. Even the play where he was stripped of the ball he was taking too much time His receivers were already breaking off their routes.... he should have already made his choice to throw but kept holding on for a deeper pass. He had Josh Reynolds at the bottom left open. The ball should have already been in the air to Reynolds on the left for a short gaiby Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
Maybe Goff doesn't have the arm talent to make the accurate deep throws to Watkins? I think the problem is Goff doesn't have the arm talent to throw accurate deep balls to receivers in stride like Carson Wentz. He hasn't gotten close to connecting deep pass for a TD. That TD pass to Gurley in Dallas was mostly run after catch. I have more confidence in Sean Mannion hitting a deep pass thby Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
We really need to throw some deep passes to Josh Reynolds. He is the only guy that can take the top off of the defense. Like he did in the preseason against the Raiders and Chargers. Especially on that last drive....if they had designed a play for Reynolds instead of Kupp. Why throw to Kupp again on 4th down on the same play you just ran and missed on ?by Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
Who thinks John Johnson should start ahead of Cody Davis? Did anyone notice that John Johnson made the tackle on Elliott to clinch the victory? He already seems to take better tackling angles than Davis. Davis blew the tackle on Alfred Morris big run by taking a bad tackling angle.by Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
Can you imagine the Rams offense on artificial turf instead of that terrible natural grass turf in the coliseum? Seems like the Rams offense can be even more explosive playing on artificial turf. What do you guys think? Gurley seems to have his biggest days on artificial turf. That grass field slows him down. I wonder if the Rams can have that grass surface replaced with field turf.by Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com

Hopefully the Rams have learned from the design flaws the 49ers made designing the 1.3 billion dollar Levi Stadium. See story link below to heat problems at Levi stadium. Do you guys think Inglewood stadium's clear roof will be a mistake? I wonder if the clear roof / green house look is going to work. Who thinks the clear non retractable roof will work? It will be terrible if this stadiumby Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
I would be happy if Goff proves me wrong. I'll be the first one here to eat crow if he does. The Rams should never have traded up. I wanted them to draft Wentz when they did move up to #1. I think this kid Allen if given a chance will show he is better than Goff. He definitely has what Goff doesn't...football IQ....ability to sense pressure and run. Allen throws frozen ropes into tight wiby Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
I wonder why Brandon Allen wasn't even mentioned as one of the top QBs in college football in 2016? He had an impressive game against Dak Prescott's Mississippi State throwing for over 400 yards and 7 TDs and almost pulled out the win. I would say after watching those highlights that Jared Goff job may need to watch his back. I don't think I've seen any college game that Jared Goff was involby Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
Depending on how Goff plays in this game against the Colts... it will tell alot about his future as a viable NFL starting QB. If he looks shaken and has that defeated body language by the end of this game while throwing 3 interceptions.....Rams fans will be calling for his replacement. If he puts up a fight and throws the ball with confidence while leading us to victory or keeps us in theby Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
I say they are thinking about getting rid of Goff. Mannion will probably take over for Goff by game 4 after Goff gets battered QB syndrome after the first 3 games. Watching Goff fumble in the preseason when hit by the Charger's Joey Bosa tells me the guy has no sense of pressure and lacks the peripheral vision needed by successful NFL QBs. Not to mention his small hands are a detriment and mby Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
If Goff has an awful year and the Rams ended up with the #1 pick in the 2018 NFL draft.... Would any of you guys want Josh Rosen to the be the Rams pick?by Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
The Chiefs rookie looks like a star. Mahomes looks just as good as Dak Prescott. Why couldn't the Rams get a QB like Mahomes? Mahomes looks like Tom Brady with a stronger arm. 2911by Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
Watch that TD pass to Kupp closely that was hell of wobbly. Can Goff throw a tight spiral? I say more than half his passes are wobbly. No wonder his deep passes are so hit and miss. Any opinions?by Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
For the old time Rams fans. Who do you guys think has more arm talent? Vince Ferragamo or Jared Goff?by Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
What is with Walters constantly calling Jared Goff.....Goof? The guy is calling him 'Goof' in every comment he makes about the Rams.by Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
Seattle's playing calling in 4th qtr of this game reminded me of Shannihan's playing calling in the 2nd half. Ram's come back from 17 points down in 2nd half. Probably biggest come back by Rams ever on the road. Bulger was on fire in the 4th qtr.by Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
Remind me of when Bulger and Rams went to Seattle and came back from 17 point deficit in 2nd half to win in o.t on Shaun Mcdonald TD catch. Seahawks kept on passing the ball instead of running the ball to keep clock moving.by Al45 - RamsFootballFans.com
