The open desert scenes were intense. Plus I had my father partially narrating it for me here and there.by LesBaker - Bucky's Pub
I don't know if there's been a remake since then but I saw the original in one of the few theaters in the area that had the at the time called letterbox screen basically a wide screen. It was one of my dad's favorite movies. It's worth a watch.by LesBaker - Bucky's Pub
If one team doesn't pay up big another team does so if you have a player you wanna keep you are forced to pay more than what is probably fair or smart. And not a single league cares because all they do is pass the cost on to the TV stations and radio stations, and then they just raised the cost of their ads. And then the teens just raise ticket prices concession costs parking and everything elby LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
I've been a fan of his for many years I've always thought he was a very good quarterback. Who knows if the Rams would have won the Super Bowl without making that trade and Goff seems to be doing well in his situation in Detroit. Stafford very quietly became the third or fourth person maybe to throw for over 5000 yards and he did it at the age of 23. I can't argue with the trade and the moves tby LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com

I remember hearing that particular song as a child. So I just went and googled it and pulled up of course a myriad of info about it. It was sort of his version of a gospel song and I watched the video that was released with the release of the album. Solid harmonies no doubt and he has a decent voice...........but what really stood out to me is this. I would kill to have this shirt.by LesBaker - Bucky's Pub

It's basically two large horseshoe shaped roads with other streets that go in between. This house is essentially right in the center of the whole place, over 270 homes. Animal Control is going to have to take action at this point, the house had a fenced in yard and they got in anyway. Check out the video.by LesBaker - Bucky's Pub
I think it started in the 60s and the guy had experience as a strength coach with one or possibly more of the European Communist nations weightlifting teams. I'm not 100% sure but I believe that it was in Sports Illustrated. One of the players mentioned that a lot of the guys took the stuff but there are also a lot of them when they got the pill each time which just throw it into the bushes and nby LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com

"And my argument is that we mismanaged the cap and could have won a few more." what cap mismanagement do you think is keeping the Rams from winning three more Super Bowls over the next 4-5-6 years? Even if you perfectly manage the cat that doesn't mean you're even going to get to the Super bowl that many times let alone win it that many times.by LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
If you Google it you'll be able to find it and it's really fascinating and informative. It started with the chargers who hired Olympic weight training coach as their strength coach and he introduced the team to performance enhancing drugs. I don't remember what nation overseas he worked with but they went from nowhere to winning tons of medals in the Olympics and other international competitions.by LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com

My only problem with it is he downplays Cooper Kupp's strength. Part of the reason he is king of RAC is he can literally push people off of him with one arm when they are trying to get him wrapped up, or they come in trying to lay the wood on him and he ends up laying it on them and picking up more yards. He isn't a great blocker because he has average strength he's a great blocker because heby LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com

The "line calls" were taken away from him at one point I think. He never had to read defenses in college and the NFL is no place to learn that! IMO that's a big part of his "quick peek downfield then checkdown" thing. I was hoping he turned out to be a hit but he was pretty much a JAG.by LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
And thanks to you I have now read a bit about Chrissy Amphlett whom I knew nothing about. I appreciate the correction. I was never really a fan of their music but wow was she something else. The song has gotten a second life as an anthem for breast cancer which she suffered from, and ultimately died from..........a reminder to examine yourself regularly. She also suffered from MS. After being through a few hurricanes there is value in having baby wipes around. Especially after Ian. Not that Irma was great either but Ian was really, really, really bad. But I happened to have a container of those baby wipes, don't ask why, came in very handy though. A bit dry after all that time but I put a tiny bit of water in there and they were good as new. Its like canned food, sorby LesBaker - Bucky's Pub
