Pats trade down with giants ... then take a WR.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
I needed these numbers a month ago. Wish I had a pff buddy to just send them to me. Ersery I had as a top prospect for next year... is he coming out?? I have a feeling these guys are high on the list. The center Lee from Miami I bet goes wayyyy earlier than expected... I have most of these guys. On the sleeper list earlier I had about halfby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
He's a guy with numbers that changed how I viewed his history (mainly going forward) ... If he can split time with Hoecht and get used to the movements, he has the power stuff down and could be an angry asset to have on the line opposite Young.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
If you've seen my positional posts, you know how I scout ... My Top 2 rounds includes players I can see going in the first two frames depending on how the draft falls and what schemes the teams that are picking use. It's usually more than 64 players, I think the most I had was 60 and this year I have only 73, which was a bit surprising to me until I realized we were just short on some positionby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Good list...by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
I mean ... It's a really good mock.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Not to speak for Deadpool but I think he and I both have latu as the #1 edge with turner and verse after. I think Latu is my 8th overall with turner at 9. Verse I think is 15. For me it's three things... First, the arsenal and hand usage is mature and ready to go, but also indicative of willingness to learn. Second, the overall disruption by Latu is next level. He can rush outsidby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
This is excellent ... I'm gonna have this handy all weekend ...by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Barret Jones ... I thought it was the biggest steal ever getting him in the 4th. Lord.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Great class, not looking to spend a draft pick unless someone slides, but they may be because my backup guy isn't even being mentioned. For those that aren't familiar with my process, I track players through their entire college career. I do not have access to anything beyond what announcers may say, and mostly I'm watching for specific skillsets that are valuable to me. These change over timby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Because I feel like these guys will be overdrafted. Zion nelson reminds me a bit of Alaric Jackson ... big hype and then drifted quite a bit. I would love for Rosengarten to sneak into the 3rd day but I doubt it. Goncalves is really athletic but he seems to be getting attention.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
That's why I had to list next year's talent. I kept doubting myself but the kids next year kept me like "nope, he's not better than xyz ...by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Thank you good sir. Yeah Gatewood is a deeper cut but kids that keep changing position I know love the sport so playing ST is always a possibility.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
This is a pretty weak class. TE2 types, only a couple TE1s, like literally 2. We got Parkinson, so this position is off my board, I'll take a UDFA if needed. We have an open spot, so we'd be an attractive landing spot. For those that aren't familiar with my process, I track players through their entire college career. Check vs Deadpool vs Daniel Jeremiah on nfl com ... Like we suggested ... after the first 20 picks it's a freaking free for all. Have not seen this before. In my opinion, DJ is listening to GMs for this final one. GMs grades might change by positional quality IMO.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Wasn't Snead the guy who traded up for Julio Jones? Or on that staff? I could be wrong, Google isn't helping much.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Yep, and if his head checks out I'm on board.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
I feel like this is not a necessity obviously given the recent investments, but I still gave it a full going over. For those that aren't familiar with my process, I track players through their entire college career. I do not have access to anything beyond what announcers may say, and mostly I'm watching for specific skillsets that are valuable to me. These change over time, but not by a lot. Bowers is polarizing. I've heard he has personality issues. He's not a great blocker. Is he a special weapon? Yes. Is he going to be a leader? I don't think so. Good news? If he has issues in that area? We know. My TE0 is Hockensen. Hands speed blocking ... From where we are is doesn't make sense to add another TE. He will likely make someone very happy. I could also seeby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Right ... I think when you look at him and say "what do we have to give up to get him?" Take that number and add 50% to it? I'm still okay with it. Likely it would only take the 2025 1st ... But I'm happy giving more. 3rd this year and next on top? Okay ...by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Points scored with a solid defense equals a championship. No matter what is said ... Matt Stafford and Cooper Kupp beat the Bengals, and they knew it was coming. Couldn't stop it. That was without a running game.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Thank you ... They're rare but they happen.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
OT ... a position of need? Maybe? Maybe a swing OT? I have no idea, but there are a decent number of prospects this year (and next) so we'll likely quietly looking over them in case they fall to a place of extreme value. For those that aren't familiar with my process, I track players through their entire college career. I do. In a normal class he'd be WR1. Most years. I'd likely put him over Jamar chase and Justin Jefferson. He tests and plays even with Larry Fitzgerald but actually plays faster. We met extensively with him. He stayed after at the combine because he wasn't happy with his 3 cone time (it was a crazy 6.8, but he had been getting 6.6 at home) ... So you have a team first highby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Yeah if we don't trade up I assume we trade down for an extra second or 3rd ... 2nd will have a ton of talent ... 3rd and you're getting to the great values among second tier talents like Brendan Rice, McCaffrey, Burton, Jalen McMillan. All of whom would work. Can play outside or inside and are physical.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
I was hoping Mitchell would remain below Worthy ... but it seems many consider him the outright 5th. Some suggested him above Brian Thomas. I've drafts with a run on WR where someone trades up with us and takes him at 18. In my opinion 7 WRs "should" go in round one. I hope they don't.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Gould from oregon state is the guy you're looking for there ... along with Ainias Smith from A and M. Can fly, fearless ... protects the football. He could be around 5th and 6th. Philip Brooks from K State and Morin from WAKE should both go undrafted.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
And a note ... I have Nabers as Beckham/chase. Harrison as Julio Jones. Odunze as Larry Fitzgerald. Thomas I don't have a real comp for. He's still developing. But he's a mix of Metcalf and Justin Jefferson as is.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
If he's there at 19 he's a steal. If we traded up to 15, still a steal. I think we like odunze enough to trade up to 8 or 9 but Thomas is still a top 5 talent stuck behind 3 top 3 talents at the position.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
I agree ... seems more likely in a trade down or up in the 4th ... BUT a 4.7 40 in Indy just shows he's not going to run away from anyone. Maybe he makes the 5th. Still think we'd trade up to secure him. He's more valuable to us than most ... same college blocking scheme.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
