But his list is a bit like the pro bowl.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I was a little tough on Bulger. Like most QBs, he needed an OL that could afford him the time to make throws. I liked Boudreau. The lingering question for me is “why the constant injuries?” And did his coaching method have something to do with that? Or was it just bad luck?by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
It was a measurement game for me. To me, IIRC, the Rams were competitive but didn't look like a playoff team. But it was a hostile environment and the Vikings were playing really well. It was also one game in a handful that I made me feel like the Rams weren't ready for prime time. So this 14-2 talk to me is just silly. I wrote in a post about a month ago that the Rams could play better and actby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Goff could improve and produce less. IMO, a lot hinges on the OL... and a running game... and health... and so on... A lot went right for Goff last season. If everything continues to go right for him, I expect he will do considerably better. But IMO there are a lot of other factors in Goff's success than Goff's improvement. I remember last season how underwhelmed Gonzales and others coverinby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Where was I when Cog's dad was posting? lol That has got to be tough, especially as a parent, to go to a public forum and see people talk about your kid... IIRC I didn't not have many favorable posts regarding Incognito.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Like swinging a bat with weights. Fisher made it so difficult to be successful. So you takes the weights off and the bat seems easier to swing. On the other hand, it is surprising. Even with the numbers and wins it doesn't seem that he should make that list. But then, perhaps production is all that matters. I am happy for him. Funny how a fan base can label a player as "not good"by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
IMO, this shows that you don't need great WR's. Cooks perhaps is the "weapon". But Kupp and Woods are really nice to have in McVays offense. I wonder if we would even be talking about them in Boras' offense... or Goff for that matter.... or Gurley... The key to the offense last season was the OL, IMO. Allowing Goff the amount of time we haven't seen... I'm not sure... since Ferragamby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Just watched BP last night “knowing” that it wouldn’t live up to the hype. But it did. Not the greatest movie ever but very entertaining and probably spectacular at the theater. I liked Infinity Wars a lot but here was so much going on... I might like it better watching it a second or third time. But both are fantastic. I think I got superhero overload in Infinity Wars. Marvel is doing a nice joby Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
I was surprised at how well he did and how much I liked him in the role of Kirk. But he’s not him. Didn’t ruin the movie for me or anything. All the actors were good IIRC but I felt like they were pretending to be Kirk, Spock, Bones etc. Wierd is a good way to put it.by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
Pretty sure The Talented Mr. Ripley was the first. Jeez, my eyes hurt from rolling... I would rather not pay to subject myself to a movie I don't like... Now I pretty much only go to see movies I know I will like. Its tough because if you know too much you can ruin a movie for yourself... I should have loved Thor 3 but it was just OK because the movie, for me, was weakened by the trailers. Hoby Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
Yes. I wish I could do it. My whole family reads. Not sure if you ever read “To Build a Fire” by London. One of my favorite short stories. Rocking Horse Winner by Lawrence, I believe, is another favorite. It probably takes me as long to read a short story as it does for most people to read a book. But when I finish one I feel like I have accomplished something.by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
Good book IIRC. I think it was the last book I read. I might have been 12. Fast forward 38 years later and I am heartily recommending it. You’re welcome of course. I read too slow and my mind wanders. It’s not ADD I don’t think. I just have too many other things on my mind and I feel like I am wasting time. And if I am not spoon fed info at an alarming rate... or perhaps for the fans... Pretty sure a lot of fans and pundits were on the Rams bandwagon after going 7-9 from 1-15 with a young QB and new HC... Rams could have just as easily won 4 games that year... And to me the same for 2017 relatively speaking... Its been a long time since I saw "everything" go right for the Rams as it did last year. And the relative lack of injuries was prettyby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Special teams for punts and extra points... I would imagine it would make ST a little less important. I mean strategically as a GM/Coach. Having value as a special teams player would diminish. As for how to make it safer, I don't know. Bring the kick in very close so players can't build up the speed maybe... like have them all on the 35 yard line or something and the kicker somewhere behind thby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
if you're expecting it to be something serious. Its kind of like the pro bowl. But like the pro bowl, its fun to see Rams listed.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
the juking part... sometimes he was just trying to make something happen on a offense that averaged 10 points game maybe. I don't know. I just wanted him to get up the field... it was frustrating to watch. Somehow Woods who was a nice complimentary receiver for the Bills is now a weapon for the Rams... so perhaps a change of scenery will be good for TA. Sometimes the system matters, IMO. and he did run out of bounds but how much was he going to get if he tried to run someone over? lol... I've seen a lot of hard nose RB's run out of bounds...by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
They have Cooks who is a weapon. Kupp and Woods are solid starters. Tavon simply didn't fit. Doesn't make him a sucky player. 4 years in a bad offense and then in one where he doesn't fit. It happens. He is not a jack of all trades, he has a niche. McVay wasn't interested... and why should he be? His system with a well protected QB with easy reads, lead the league in points. So why mess with thatby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

It sounds like he could find a fit in Dallas. As a football fan I am excited to see him play. As a Ram fan I’m excited he’s not taking a roster spot because he wasn’t a scheme fit.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
It is tempting to watch the trailers. But after Thor 3, I have stopped watching them. They just kind of ruined a lot of that movie for me. So I still haven't watched a trailer for the Black Panther yet.by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
I felt like Maddie had "told me" it was time. My wife and I were beside her when they gave her the injection and just before she passed she looked me right in the eyes. It was a look of concern to me. I still question whether I made the right call. I will never forget her looking at me because she was so lethargic otherwise. So many questions run through my head. A lot went right for the Rams last season. I think they improved the team this off season but I would still be happy with a playoff berth... and significant improvement from Goff will go a long way.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
People are looking at stats too much and making too many projections. IMO this was an 8-8/9-6 team last year that stayed very healthy and caught a few teams by surprise with some new schemes/coaching...by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

but like you said, we will see. I am a Tavon fan and a football fan. I still feel like Austin can be special. So if not with the Rams then I would like to see him get a chance somewhere else... but preferably with the Rams of course :) And not just on the bench. I want to see him play and more importantly succeed. I think he can but of course its getting close to where the "jury" has aby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Every week, last year, McVay would be asked about Austin. And every week he would say, he's getting more acclimated to the offense and we have plans for him. Even Austin said about half way into the season that his day to shine was coming. Paraphrasing of course. But Austin's time actually dwindled almost to nothing. So its hard to imagine that McVay is actually optimistic about Austin. I think hby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
