Re: Terrible Call on the Lowering the Helmet Rule

Hopefully they're just doing this in the preseason as a way to discourage it in the regular season. I recall something similar occurred with another rule change a few years back, which was heavily enforced during the preseason and then ignored during the regular season. Forget the rule. Maybe it was also lowering the head.
