When Fisher was fired many were excited. However the biggest issue is this offensive coaching staff.
Yes, Fisher deserved to be fired, Yes, he is the reason why this staff is as it is. But as long as Bor-us is the OC this team will continue to struggle. Goff and Gurley will continue to suffer.
