about how Fisher would approach this game.... 'historical implications' were not even an afterthought. This has been a prototypical Fisher opening preseason game effort.
And I'm not trying to be all that critical here... if it sounds so. Emotionally I would have preferred some 'heart' but rationally I know they have work to do and there is no time to mess around with distractions.
Goff, with time... as would be the case with any QB.... I liked. He may be a work in progress, in the beginning stages of a 'process'.. but it's a process, I think, with a high ceiling somewhere down the road. - JamesJM
