Who had a better game at QB?

I understand the need to protect and edify Goff's confidence so getting him out on a high note is important BUT that being said this game might have been better for Mannion because he is getting work in. Even against inferior opposition. Not sure if it might be better for Goff to get more work even at the risk of a bad possession.
