These people didn't die from taking something Trump mentioned in a news conference. They took something they had at home for use in fish tanks that has a similar name.

CNN eventually updated this story at the link Mama provided. But remember when this story first hit and most news orgs got it right the first time. I'm sure CNN got some clicks out of it though.
