Yeah, that's the amazing part..

that this whole thing can be tracked down to ONE person.. So, at what point does an evil minded dictator think, "I can infect a whole bunch of people and send them all over the world with ebola, or something and create a world-wide crisis"... or something to that effect.. maybe that's what's going on now as a trial run?
