Several of them, actually.
Fixed Wireless is what I have, (no choice for me).... Choosing at random one available to you - - "Rise Broadband" - - They advertise a 'max speed' of 15MBPS. If you look into them, (or any of the others), I would try to find a way to see what you actually get.... I'd say for HD content you need at least a consistent speed of 6MBPS, (at least that's the approx. needed speed for my fixed wireless).
VERY unlikely RISE BROADBAND or the others will give you an accurate number, they'll insist on quoting you the 'max' speed WHICH YOU WILL NEVER GET... I'd try to find some of their customers and ask them.
The good news with RISE, and the others available to you, is they are a LOT cheaper than my fixed wireless provider. Like only about 25% of what I have to pay for a similar plan. With so many to choose from and if you think you might want to try Fixed Wireless find the one with the closest tower to you.
What I can say about Fixed Wireless, (don't read me wrong, NOT trying to sell you on Fixed Wireless it's just what I have so I have some input).... it's reliable. It can go a little screwy in a VERY bad storm but the storm has to be VERY bad, (in my case anyway). It takes a small dish, much like a DirecTV dish, but pointed at a tower and not the sky.
I don't know anything about how good DSL systems are.. which you have available... I mean, I know how they work but not how well. Example: AT&T in your area.
