: There is something about Hollywood that is magical to me. Maybe because I grew up not to far and spent much of my youth there. I honestly think that somewhere in either a past life or maybe in the future I had or will have some sort of career in movies. Certainly not acting but anything involved in the production of movies. So obviously I enjoy the Oscars. In fact we like to have Oscar parties where we invite people to come dressed to the hilt. (Tuxes for the guys) We pass out our ballots and it really is fun with lots of good wine and food. Most have seen all the movies and short films-so that the discussion before the program begins is very good and often intense with arguing about the picks. . I think we have more fun than those Oscar parties.

Maybe not the most macho thing a guy can do but at my age what's left but honesty and enjoying life.
