I don't believe in 'gluten intolerance'.
Well, I do actually... but my point is:
It's MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH more rare than is being claimed. Like all things 'nutrition' I think there is more 'fad' involved here than 'fact'.
I often hear these days friends say "since I quit gluten I'm so much more energetic and I feel great".... but by appearances I can't see any change in them at all.
Of course there is this: No chance I'm giving up gluten, even if found out I actually WAS gluten intolerant, (which I'm not and you can't make me).
