Tricky somewhat new Website strategy... for ads...

although I'm not 100% this is true.... but I highly suspect it.

Anyone else noticing that when your cursor hovers over some ads the 'scroll' function gets shut off? I can't say this is 100% intentional but I've noticed lately that scrolling down on a webpage with my trackpad if I stop over an ad with the cursor then try to scroll again I cannot... not until I move the cursor OFF the ad.

That could simply be my computer OR ISP buffering BUT it's sure happening a LOT lately.
