so we can just tell it to play those relaxing sounds

but I've never had any problem falling asleep so I can't tell you just how well any of them work

I do like the thunderstorm ones though

The wife listens to alot of audio books , like John Grisham novels , that will put me to sleep in no time

but actually , just laying in bed listening to my wife talk will put me to sleep in 5 minutes'
