I feel bad for you both that this has happened. But looking at the positive... now he won't have the additional responsibility and pressure playing college football requires. That can be really tough as a freshman away from home. Nowhe can focus on other things, like his schoolwork, other campus activities, and girls (not TOO much, now). With a year of campus life under his belt, he may be even better prepared mentally to handle football next season. In the end, you never know... this just might be a blessing in disguise.
