My Limoncello project nears completion...

August 02, 2019 10:01AM
added the syrup mix today and now it sits for two weeks to 'age' perfectly. I made 3 flavors - super sweet, sweet, and less sweet.... dipped my finger in and tasted each and there is no doubt about it... the 7 month aging process paid off. You may remember I made a 'quick' batch back in January... aged only two weeks... the difference is remarkable.

Now to plan a great meal to precede the grand limoncello unveiling two weeks from now. laughing smiley

Think of it as a 'dessert'...

JamesJM159August 03, 2019 08:45PM

Think of it as similar to Grappa
