It could be a regional thing.
As good as the meal was, at Jocko's last night, we did have one major disappointment... Pismo Beach, (very near Jocko's), has a place that makes the best known cinnamon rolls in California. It occurred to us to stop by on the way home and get a few for a late night, or early morning, snack.... alas, it was closed.
BUT... I did stop by the Madonna Inn and pick up a couple of bottles of award winning wine that I plan to savor this evening.
