To get what you want they are going to have to give up some truly great prospects in the farm AND likely Pederson , Muncy, or Taylor. Turner is 34 yrs old and they will shortly need 3rd base help in the form of Gavin Lux but he may be what other teams want too. Are you willing to make a deal for a closer and set up man if it means losing either Pederson or Muncy and Taylor and Lux ? The Dodgers will also need a catcher because Martin cannot hit and a catcher must hit ala Grandal.
Every ownership knows the Dodgers will be in the playoffs and they know they must win the WS to keep Guggenheim happy. They will ask for the moon. I believe the Dodgers will give up Pedersen, Muncy, Lux and possibly Taylor to get a closer to replace Jansen and a consistent set up man. Is that worth it for a WS championship ?
