Tuna, too. Preferably albacore. And one other thing, make sure the salmon is "wild caught". The packaging will say. I eat salmon often, so I opt for pink salmon. . . it's about half the price with just a little less nutritional impact.
Or, you could do like Vickie and I do.. . .she has her meals. . . I have mine. I know, it sounds like a country-western song, doesn't it.
