Last night, I took my boys to the Florida / FSU Baseball game, played here in Jacksonville last night (YAY!!! Gators won 4 to 2) I REALLY enjoyed the game and was not hum drum about it BUT....... It kept hitting me that my oldest (My MAIN Sports fan) will more than likely be leaving for the USAF in 5-6 months. It could be a LONG time before we do a game again. GEESH!!!!! The kid was just a toddler a year or two ago?????LOL This all started making me think back in early October when we saw the LSU game in The Swamp and I thought about it being YEARS before we'd go there again. I am SOOOOO excited that he is following the path I started back in late 1985, when I visited the USAF Recruiter. Left for Boot Camp on 3 Feb 1986. But I am also a bit sad.
