I pretty much just use it to simply count my steps for the day. My Wife?? She has hers to where it monitors sleep, tracks where you've been, heart rate etc. And YES.....The Ruskies ARE behind it because when I clear 20,000 steps, I'm ready for a Vodka n cranberry!!
