after high school went pretty much straight into the Navy and stayed in pretty good shape , played slow pitch softball for the Aviation Ordnance (G3) team for the USS Dwight D Eisenhower

also , bet I ran laps around the flight deck at least a thousand times

when I got out of the Navy , I got married and before you knew it , I was in my early 30's going WTF just happened
