Yeah, since my "mild" heart attack a few years ago I have ballooned up in weight and I'm completely out of shape.. I HAVE to get back into working out... no matter how painful.

I'm feeling no that bad these days... and I think I can begin. I'll start VERY slow...

never had trouble with my knees.. even when I ran on pavement. I DO get 'shin-splints' somewhat easily so I have to start slow because once they set in it takes MONTHS to recover.

I'll let you know how I'm doing... treadmill won't be here for probably another week.. but I have started dieting. - JamesJM
