Yeah the last time we were in Manila, to bury my grandmother, it was pretty much done too.
btw, love the Spring River, floated it many, many times. I grew up and have a spring/summer/fall home just west of there on the Buffalo. Wife and I are floating fools, but not so much white water anymore, nice and calm w/ good flow is ok w/ us.
