I was watching "The Pioneer Woman" on HGTV and Ree Drummond was making an angel food cake to take to a friend who just had a baby gift. It reminded me that my mom used to make angel food cakes every now and then and I didn't like them much. I think it's the spongy, light texture I don't like. If it was on a restaurant menu, I'd never order it. And it if was at a potluck, I'd skip it. The same goes for pineapple upside-down cake, tapioca, chocolate cream pie (which is weird cause I like chocolate), gingerbread cookies, and rhubarb pie. I'm sure I have others but those came to mind for me first.
