All deaths are tragic, welllll, almost all. But I think a lot of us take the death of a popular musician a bit harder than most other's in the 'celebrity' category - and that because music is a more personal thing, IMHO, than say a 'movie'... or a 'novel'. Movies and Novels ARE personal, very much so, but how often do you rewatch a movie, or reread a novel? A song, however... you re-listen too all the time. - JamesJM
