I was watching a movie on the Hallmark channel yesterday, In My Dreams. It was about a young woman, Natalie, who owned an Italian restaurant. The restaurant wasn't doing well so she hired a chef from Italy (deliciously handsome with a thick accent... but I digress) whose parents were old friends of the family. They served limoncello at the restaurant and there was a scene where the new chef told her that her limoncello and tiramasu recipes were not the original recipes, but even so, were not too bad. Then they went out together to a bar/club after work and he brings her a drink. She says "Is this limoncello? (she takes a sip, shudders, and makes a face). It tastes much better when it's in a dessert."
My point is... had it not been for this thread, I wouldn't have known what they were talking about.
