It was a good game...

Lawndale came out of the blocks like it was going to be a runaway rout.... but SJM settled down and slowly made a comeback. They never did get their O working well... the passing game, so strong all year, just couldn't find it's sea legs.

Their top WR.... going D1 - was not available to them so that was the big difference. With him it would have been an entirely different game.

Lawndale lost a couple of key players to injuries early so that helped SJM.
