Well, we're not..

using canned vocals that I lip sync to.. and most of the time I am actually singing.. just every now and then I fake it to either be funny or because I don't wanna sing.. Its so loud nobody notices.. I did work a show with Alcatraz in the mid 80's once and during sound check they had beautiful 3-4 part harmonies.. although nobody was anywhere near a mic.. During the show they all lip synced the backups lol
