I'll say it again. I had little issues with the lovey dovey stuff. I'm sure many of the Sailors / Servicemen had all sorts of romantic flings going on that weekend. It was the need by Michael Bay to add to or exaggerate what was already a intense story (Video game like dog fights between Battleship Row.....Doolittle Fliers making straffing runs??) If Bay wanted to have immature fun, he should've come up with a fictional story and not EFF UP a true story in a movie that was seen by MANY MANY Vets of that day. What an insult to those guys!
